AI Launch Pods ("Company," "we," "us") operates the Trust API service at api.ailaunchpods.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

Account Information: Email address, company name, and password (hashed) when you register.

Billing Information: Payment card details are processed and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.

API Usage Data: AI outputs you submit for verification, governance check results, timestamps, and associated metadata.

Uploaded Documents: Policy documents you upload for use in governance checks.

Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and access logs for security and operational purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Trust API service
• To process governance verification checks
• To manage your account and billing
• To send transactional emails (password resets, billing confirmations)
• To improve the Service and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations

4. Data Processing

AI outputs you submit are processed against regulatory policy documents to generate compliance assessments. Your submitted content is:

• Used solely to generate the governance check result for your request
• Stored in your check history for your reference and audit purposes
• Not used to train AI models
• Not shared with third parties except as required by our AI processing providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) to generate assessments

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls.

API keys are generated using cryptographically secure methods. Passwords are stored using secure hashing algorithms.

6. Data Retention

Account data and check history are retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion request, your data will be removed within 90 days. Uploaded documents are deleted when you remove them or upon account termination.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe — Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Amazon Web Services — Infrastructure hosting and email delivery (SES).
• Anthropic / OpenAI — AI model providers for governance analysis. Submitted content is processed per their respective API terms.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data and check history
• Correct inaccurate information in your account
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your check history
• Withdraw consent for optional communications
