1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AI Launch Pods Trust API ("Service"), operated by AI Launch Pods ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Trust API is an AI governance verification service that analyzes AI-generated outputs against regulatory frameworks and policy libraries. The Service provides compliance assessments, confidence scores, and attestation hashes for audit purposes.

The Service is accessed via API at api.ailaunchpods.com and through the associated web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and company name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Payment

• The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. You purchase credits in advance and each API call deducts from your balance.
• Credit purchases are non-refundable.
• If you configure a spending ceiling and have a payment method on file, your account may be auto-charged when your prepaid balance is depleted, up to the ceiling amount you set.
• All prices are in US dollars.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or algorithms
• Share API keys with unauthorized third parties
• Submit content that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Exceed rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage controls

6. Intellectual Property

All content you submit through the API remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your AI outputs or source documents. Policy documents in our curated library are sourced from publicly available regulatory materials.

Documents you upload to the Service remain your property and are used solely for the purpose of providing governance verification for your account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Trust API provides compliance assessments based on automated analysis of regulatory documents. These assessments are informational and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel for compliance decisions.

We do not guarantee that the Service will identify all compliance gaps or that assessments will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Launch Pods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, fines, or enforcement actions.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data Retention

Check results and associated data are retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support@ailaunchpods.com. Upon account termination, data will be deleted within 90 days.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
